These are our relics from the celebrity couple who were banned from paradise.

Adam is an 18k gold fig leaf with a sophisticated ‘silk’ surface texture created by meticulously scratching the surface hundreds of times over by hand, and with a high-relief leaf vein. The back and sides of the leaf are high-gloss for added contrast and shape.

Eve is an amethyst apple carved exclusively for Francis de Lara by our lapidary in London. The apple is not a perfect sphere, and even has the dimple at the bottom, to mimic a real apple form. It hangs from linked apple stems and is complete with a ‘silk’ textured leaf, all of 18k gold.

Adam & Eve can be bought as an asymmetric pair, as I envision, or as two ‘Adams’ or two ‘Eves’, (£5,900 per pair, or £2,950 per individual piece). Eve can be carved in other stones upon request, and price will vary.
